Products & Usage
Our tools are ideal for construction, home renovation, automotive repair, and industrial maintenance, designed to withstand heavy-duty daily use.

Our products come with a 12-month warranty service starting from the date of delivery (subject to logistics information).
The warranty covers free repairs or replacements for quality issues not caused by human damage.
Damage from improper use, human error, or purchases from non-official 7D channels is not included in the warran
Contact via email or Whatapp within 7 days of discovering the issue, and provide your order number and a detailed description of the problem.
For non-human-caused quality issues, we will arrange a free repair or replacement (7D will bear the shipping cost).
If the product is severely damaged or unusable, we may require you to return the damaged item for verification before processing the claim.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently support delivery to USA, Australia, Africa,Europe countries. With plans to expand to other countries soon.

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours after payment.
For USA, 10-45 days;
For Australia, 10-45 days;
For Africa, 10-25 days;
For Europe countries, 7-15 days
* Damaged packaging + slight product damage: Provide photos of the damage and your logistics tracking number. We will verify the damage degree (if it does not affect core functions) and assist with solutions.
* Severe product damage / unusable: Confirm the cause of damage (logistics or product quality), and we will require you to return the damaged item (or entire order) for further processing.
* Lost package: 1. Check your logistics tracking record (e.g., “signed but not received” or no tracking info); 2. We will contact the logistics provider to verify and resolve the issue.
* Missing items: Contact 7D immediately with your order number and photos of the received package, and we will investigate and assist with re-delivery or compensation.
Payment & Finance
We support credit card payments, PayPal, Visa & TT transfer for OEM/ODM
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 3-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
After-sales & Warranty
7-day return without reason: Eligible from the date of logistics arrival. The product must be in good condition with complete packaging, and you will bear the return shipping cost. Partial cost deduction applies if packaging is incomplete or the product is damaged.
Return due to quality issues: Eligible within 7 days of delivery (logistics date). 7D will bear the shipping cost for non-human-caused quality issues.
Exchange for quality issues: Eligible for free replacement within 7 days of discovering non-human-caused quality issues (starting from the delivery date, subject to logistics info).
Contact 7D via email or Whatapp, inform of the issue, and provide your order number if you need to return/exchange.
We will reply and provide handling guidance within 1 working day.
Follow the guidance to return the product (if required), and we will process your refund or exchange after receiving and verifying the returned item.
No additional charges apply for repairs or replacements within the 12-month warranty period, as long as the issue is a non-human-caused quality problem (7D will bear all related costs, including shipping).
Repairs/replacements for human-caused damage or non-official channel purchases will be at your own cost.
