Return Policy
- Return without Reason: Customers are eligible for a 7 – day return without reason starting from the date of logistics arrival. However, the customer shall bear the return shipping cost. When returning the product, it must be in good condition with complete packaging, otherwise, part of the cost will be deducted.
- Return due to Quality Issues: If the return is due to quality issues, 7D will bear the shipping cost. For returns not due to quality issues, the customer shall bear the shipping cost.
Specifically, the following situations shall prevail:
- Damaged Packaging + Slight Product Damage: Provide pictures of the damage and the logistics track; verify the degree of damage (if it does not affect the core functions).
- Severe Product Damage / Unusable: Confirm the cause of damage (logistics / product); require the customer to return the entire order (only the damaged item).
- Lost Package: 1. Check the logistics track (showing signed but not received / no track); 2. Contact the logistics for verification.
- Delay: 1. Synchronize the logistics progress (e.g., “The goods have arrived at the port of destination and are expected to be delivered in 3 days”); 2. Inform the customer of the reason for the delay (customs / holidays).
Exchange Policy
- If there is a quality problem with the product (not caused by human damage), 7D will replace it with a new product free of charge.
- Starting from the date when the product is delivered to the destination (subject to the logistics information), the customer must contact the after – sales service within 7 days after discovering the problem and provide the order number and problem description.
Process
- Customers can contact the 7D after – sales team via email or online customer service, inform us of the problem you encountered. If you need to return or exchange the product, please provide the order number.
- The after – sales team will reply and provide guidance on handling within 1 working day.
Warranty Policy
- The product comes with a 12 – month warranty service.
- For repairs or replacements within the warranty scope, 7D will bear the cost; damage caused by humans is not covered by the warranty.
Precautions
- Please properly keep the product packaging and shopping screenshots.
- Products purchased from non – official 7D channels do not enjoy after – sales service.
